Kevin Menon

As Chief Practice Officer, Kevin heads the Practice Department for Human Dynamic Asia Pacific that governs delivery of its consulting services for clients across the Asia Pacific to ensure quality and adherence to practice standards. He is also a principal consultant working with clients on various consultation and training projects to facilitate enhanced personal and organizational effectiveness. Kevin has provided psychological services for Mount Elizabeth Hospital where he worked as part of a team that provided clinical assessments, individual and group therapy for both inpatients and outpatients of varying ages. He has also provided psychological services for a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre, psychological clinic (Perth); the Disability Services Commission (Perth); and Occupational Services Australia (OSA Group) - an Australian Employee Assistance Program (HDAP) provider.

Overall, Kevin has extensive regional training and consulting experience with clients from a wide range of industries such as finance, retail, chemical, manufacturing, petroleum and gas, and IT. Some of these clients include: Credit Suisse, UBS AG, Barclays Capital, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, SGX, Dow Chemical, Microsoft, Intel, P&G, Kimberly Clark, LTA, NCS, Perot Systems, IBM, Pfizer, Eastman, Datacraft, Tyco.

Kevin is a Registered Psychologist (Singapore), a member of the Singapore Psychological Society and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. He is also a registered Trainer with MCYS, an MOE registered Lecturer involved in the teaching of Psychology at tertiary level (Unisim), and on the Academic Board of Advisors for Psychology and Counselling Courses. Kevin has been called upon to provide psychological aid to people affected by the traumas like suicides, gas explosions, industrial accidents, the Nichol Highway collapse in Singapore (2004) and to coordinate and consult regarding employees of an MNC affected by the Tsunami in Thailand and Singapore. He recently presented on the topic of Crisis Care Management in the wake of the Tsunami at the APEAR Conference in Shanghai.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Hons) and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Western Australia.
