Terms & Conditions

Deadline
All Registration Forms and payments must be submitted via post/fax/email by close of Office Hours on
20th June 2008.

Confirmation
Successful completion of the registration process will be acknowledged by an email. This confirmation email will only be sent after receipt of payment. If you do not receive the email, please contact us to verify your registration.

Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. However, you may substitute delegates at any time. Substitution of one registrant for another needs cancellation of the original registration and submission of a new Registration Form. No extra service charge will be imposed for substitutions.

An email must be sent to registration@sebc2008.com to inform us of the changes. All accepted changes would be acknowledged by an email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us to verify the acceptance of your changes.
