Kelvin is the Singapore Business Leader of the Health & Benefits Business, which offers services in Healthcare and Benefits Consulting, Broking and Benefit Administration. As well as having P&L and operational responsibilities, he also works with organisations to address challenges of employee benefit programs in relation to design as well as implementation.

Prior to joining Mercer, Kelvin was part of a regional team with an MNC insurance company based in Hong Kong. He was involved in the execution of strategic regional initiatives across various countries in South East Asia targeted at the company's key distribution channel. The initiatives covered areas in staff development, compensation & benefits re-design, recruitment and sales campaign as well as customer complaints management.

Prior to his stint in Hong Kong, Kelvin had exposure with international insurance firms in the functional areas of training, sales management, compliance, direct marketing as well as business development.

Kelvin graduated from the Rotal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration, majoring in Management and Finance. He is a Fellow of Life Management Institute (with distinction). He has also completed his Associate Financial Planner program and is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner designation with the Financial Planning Association of Singapore.
