Miranda Mulyana

Miranda holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from The University of Michigan, and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Monash University. Prior to joining Human Dynamic, Miranda has worked in both applied organizational and clinical settings. At Mount Elizabeth Hospital, she provided both     in-patient and out-patient therapy for individuals, in the area of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress-related issues, career development and lifestyle problems. Miranda has worked with a range of clientele to provide psychological and cognitive-based assesssments. In addition, she has given radio talk shows and contributed to magazine articles on mental health related issues.

Miranda's prior experience as a probation officer under the Ministry of Community Development in Singapore has allowed her to work closely with the justice system in the rehabilitation of youths. She has also been exposed to work with organzations such as AC Nielson Research Singapore, conducting consumer research for domestic and international clients; Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Occupational Services Australia Group (OSA) in Australia. Miranda is adept in using psychometric tools, such as personality and cognitive assessment tools for recruitment and selection. She is also familiar with organizational behaviour models that facilitate best work practices in organizations.

Miranda has received training in Reality Therapy with the William Glasser Institute (Siingapore). She is also a registered Psychologist with the Singapore Register of Psychologists and a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society. Miranda is also currently attending training on coaching and wellness as a wellness coach.
