Matthew Smith has been working in the Incentive, Recognition and Loyalty Industry for over 10 years. During this time Matthew has worked on a large number of programmes both locally and regionally for the likes of Exxon Mobil, Motorola, Great Eastern and Subaru. He has worked in New Zealand, Australia and now Singapore, where he is currently the General Manager of The Extra Mile Company - Singapore.

Matthew has been involved in some of the most creative Incentive and Loyalty Programmes the region has seen. The highlight in Matthew's career was receiving a SITE Crystal Award in Chicago for "Most Creative Use of an Incentive Program to Solve a Marketing Problem" - a worldwide award judged by the Industry for the Industry.
