Grace joined ACE Insurance in April 2003, after having lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia for more than 8 years. With her vast experience in the areas of marketing, business development and client servicing mainly in the B2B environment, she has since earned the title of "corporate wizard."

Her current position as the Head of Sales & Marketing for Accident & Health Divison involves strategizing and developing business strategies for corporate, intermediaries and consumer channels. Her greatest career highlight was seeing more than 900 companies benefiting from the Voluntary Employee Benefits Programme (known as the Preferred ACE Transportable Programme) marketed by ACE Insurance. Since 2003, Grace has led her team of Corporate Solutions Specialists to provide consultancy services to the clients, including corporate benefits assessment to implementation of voluntary schemes for employees. This programme received strong industry testimonies due to its unique, afffordable and flexible nature.

Her key success lies in her strong relationship management skills and relentless effort in exceeding clients' expectations. In addition, her flair for presentation is witnessed through the numerous focus groups and corporate seminars she has hosted, and which has often left a great impression on the participants.
